Bookmaker 1xBet, which officially operates in Ukraine, violates the law of Ukraine “On ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as a state”. And all because the representatives of this office communicate exclusively in Russian .

At the same time, separate norms of the law “On ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as the state language” came into force in Ukraine last year, according to which consumer service must be provided in the state language.
“Open Article 30 of the Law on Language, which entered into force on January 16, 2021. Chapter one: the language of consumer service in Ukraine is the state language. Then – the second point of interpretation, and I emphasize the third word for word, at the client’s request, his personal service can be provided in another language acceptable to the parties. If you start violating the law that provides for the admissibility of the parties, you will not work there,” Taras Kremin stressed.
