Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have agreed to significantly limit the entry of Russians who have Schengen visas. Latvian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edgars Rinkevičs announced this on Twitter .

“The Baltic countries have reached an agreement on significantly limiting (with some exceptions) border crossing by citizens of the Russian Federation who have EU Schengen visas. The decisions will be adopted by national governments in accordance with national procedures and will come into force at the same time,” the minister wrote.
