At one of the checkpoints on the Ukrainian border, a young girl from Crimea, temporarily occupied by Russia, declared her refusal of Russian citizenship imposed on her and tore up the passport of the aggressor country.

“She was 10 when the invaders came to the peninsula. For 8 years, Kremlin propaganda convinced the child that she was Russian, but in vain… At the Ukrainian border, the girl renounced the imposed citizenship and demonstratively cut a Russian document,” the message reads.

The published video shows how the girl says that she renounces her Russian citizenship and cuts up her passport, the scraps of which are thrown into the trash by the border guards.
