Another meeting of the International Expert Group on sanctions against Russia was held, headed by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak and ex-adviser of the US President on national security, Ambassador Michael McFaul.
The head of the Office of the Head of State also suggested continuing the successful practice of communication between the members of the International Expert Group on sanctions against the Russian Federation and the parliamentarians of various countries.
The participants of the meeting noted the progress in working with the documents and emphasized that the sanctions pressure on Russia should only increase. They also discussed the need to introduce sanctions in the field of nuclear energy, the refusal to import uranium from Russia. It was also about the systematic, step-by-step implementation of the price cap on Russian oil, which will significantly reduce revenues to the budget of the Russian Federation and affect its oil production industry.
