According to SpecMachinery.com.ua, the Spanish transport company Primafrio Group has placed an order with DAF Trucks for a batch of 1,300 XF tractors.
Under the contract, the carrier will receive XF tractors in a modification of 480 Super Space Cab. Deliveries of cars, as specified in DAF Trucks, will be carried out according to the agreed schedule by the end of 2023. The first batch of 400 cars has already been commissioned on Primafrio routes in Europe.
By the end of 2020, the Primafrio Group will have 900 DAF cars.
Given the difficult economic situation in the world caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, such a large-scale order looks encouraging not only for DAF, but also for other car manufacturers.
