Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov and other business partners of Gennady Korban did not sign the petition demanding his citizenship be returned. Dnipro blogger Oleksandr Slobodenyuk drew attention to an interesting detail.
“Korban’s partner in the looting of the city, Gufman (Hennadiy Gufman – the first deputy chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, deputy from “OPZZH”, – ed.) – did not sign. A loyal associate of Korban Vilkul (Olexandr Vilkul – head of the military administration of Kryvyi Rih, – ed.) – did not sign, Slobodenyuk’s post on Facebook says . “And the funniest thing is that not even Filatov signed the petition.”
The blogger noted that the appeal was not supported by other public figures who previously defended Korban. Slobodeniuk added that 25,000 signatures on the petition had been collected for more than a month. This is despite the fact that, according to the blogger, teachers, doctors and other state employees were forced to sign the petition.
“I am grateful to the guy who came up with the idea to create this petition. Thanks to him, everyone can now be convinced that Korban is a nobody,” Oleksandr Slobodenyuk wrote.
The full list of petition signatories can be found at the link .
It should be noted that a petition to President Volodymyr Zelensky demanding the return of citizenship to Gennady Korban was registered on August 12. The other day, she collected the necessary 25,000 signatures.
Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov called to sign the appeal on his Facebook. Subsequently, the mass media and social networks began to publicize the facts of the use of the administrative resource by the city authorities of Dnipro for the purpose of collecting signatures. Employees of the city’s utility companies were forced to vote for the petition.
