The Melitopol City Council prepared a list of 188 collaborators who joined the occupying law enforcement agencies. An investigation is ongoing regarding them and sanctions will be imposed in the form of seizure of property. The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, reported this .

“Thanks to the unprecedented decision of the deputies of the Melitopol City Council to impose sanctions on all collaborators, our coordination headquarters has already prepared a large mass of information. We will not wait for the results of the investigation and the court’s decision, but are already engaged in the seizure of property of the collaborators: apartments, houses, land plots, cars and others,” said Fedorov.

As the mayor of the city noted, according to the law “On Sanctions”, the first “lucky ones” whose property will be seized are 118 employees of the occupying law enforcement agencies from the Melitopol district.
“This fate awaits all local collaborators-traitors, first of all, former law enforcement officers who joined the service of the occupiers,” Fedorov added.
