According to the information of the Security Service of Ukraine, everyone who was interrogated by FSB employees of the Russian Federation, who settled in occupied Kupyansk, had to go through the abuse.
“There was always a lot of shouting from this room,” recalls the resident of Kupyan, who was illegally imprisoned by the Russian occupation forces.
