“On the territory of the enterprise (KKPC – ed.) there is a boiler house that heats a part of the city (…) It is important that the boiler house works regardless of what investigative actions will take place there (…) And local self-government bodies, regardless in what condition the enterprise is supposed to provide heat to the entire city. If the intervention of the regional military administration is necessary, then of course we will intervene and help in all ways.
Today, it is important that the enterprise works, pays taxes to the state budget, and directly that the local territorial community receives funds. It is clear that during hostilities, it is important for people to keep their jobs and be able to work calmly,” said the head of the OVA.
