The Verkhovna Rada created a Temporary Investigative Commission to investigate possible violations of Ukrainian legislation in the field of receiving, distributing, transporting, storing, and using humanitarian and other aid for its intended purpose.

273 People’s Deputies voted for the corresponding draft resolution.
According to the draft resolution, Serhiy Kozyr, his deputy – Serhiy Velmozhny from the “Dovira” parliamentary group, headed TSK “Servant of the People”. Ruslan Horbenko, Serhii Demchenko, Artem Kultenko, Vladlen Neklyudov, Yuriy Pavlenko, Maksym Tkachenko, Halyna Tretyakova, Pavlo Frolov and Oleksandr Yurchenko were also members of TSK.
It should be noted that earlier the facts of possible embezzlement were investigated by Zaporizhzhia law enforcement officers, however, according to people’s deputy Yulia Yatsik, the local prosecutor brought the case to a dead end . And ex-Nardeput Ihor Mosiychuk noted that Zaporizhia law enforcement officers covered up criminal schemes.
It should be noted that the head of the Zaporizhia Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Viktor Prykhodko, is now being asked to be fired by Zaporizhia businessmen. According to them, he not only turns a blind eye to the embezzlement of humanitarian workers in the region, but also fulfills private orders and destroys local businesses .
The law enforcement committee of the Verkhovna Rada considers it necessary to check Pryhodko as part of a large-scale inspection of prosecutor’s offices initiated by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
