Zelenskyi took part in a high-level meeting on food security, which took place on the sidelines of the regular UN General Assembly.
As the Head of State noted, the topic of food security is strategically important for Ukraine, and the country’s authorities are working on expanding such a program.
“We participate in the implementation of the UN Food Program and help African countries. We have restored our maritime agricultural exports, and this allows us to export our agricultural products to countries on three continents. We are working to open the markets of Latin America, other important parts of the world,” Zelenskyy said.
