The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China called on the parties to the “Ukrainian crisis” to negotiate and find a solution taking into account security interests. The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, Wang Wenbing, stated this during the daily briefing .
China’s position in the country’s foreign policy department was announced after Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s statements about the partial mobilization of the population, as well as statements about the possibility of using nuclear weapons.
Wang Wenbing emphasized that China’s position remains unchanged and consistent.

“As for the Ukrainian crisis, China’s position has always been clear. We call on the parties to achieve a ceasefire and an end to the war through dialogue and negotiations, and to find a solution that takes into account the reasonable security interests of all parties as soon as possible. We also hope that the international community will create the conditions and space for this,” said an official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.

In his address, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization in the Russian Federation from September 21. In this way, it is planned to conscript 300,000 people into the army.
In addition, Putin instructed to guarantee the security of “referendums” in Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. He declared that these are “historical lands of Novorossiya”, and the decision to become part of Russia – “we will support”.
In his address, Putin added that Russia will defend its integrity and independence by all available means, up to the use of nuclear weapons.
