The court seized the property and corporate rights of the Russian billionaire’s company in the amount of about 300 million hryvnias. This was reported by the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office .

“At the request of the prosecutor’s office, the court seized a complex of premises with a total area of 5,000 square meters. m, a land plot with an area of more than 1.5 thousand hectares and corporate rights of the enterprise in the form of authorized capital in the amount of almost UAH 300 million,” the message says.

It is also noted that the corporate rights of a Russian company worth about UAH 300 million, as well as a complex of premises with a total area of 5,000 square meters, were transferred to the management of ARMA. m and a land plot with an area of more than 1.5 thousand ha.
It is reported that it has been established that an enterprise whose ultimate beneficial owner is a Russian billionaire operates in the city of Kyiv and on the territory of other regions, and therefore there is a significant risk in decision-making by the management of the specified enterprise to the detriment of the state security of Ukraine.
“Within the scope of this proceeding, law enforcement officers are investigating the activities of a group of companies that ensured the functioning of controlled economic entities for the purpose of carrying out illegal activities aimed, among other things, at misappropriation of funds, as well as at the financing of actions committed with the aim of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure state authorities,” the prosecutor’s office informs.
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out based on the materials of the Central Bureau of the SBU (Part 6 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
