According to Zelenskyi, the “partial” mobilization is a reaction of the Russian leadership, which is changing tactics and trying to involve even more Russian citizens and resources in the war

“The Russian decision to mobilize is a frank admission that their personnel army, which for decades was being prepared for a foreign invasion, could not stand it and collapsed. And now, due to mobilization, Russia’s war against Ukraine for the majority of Russian citizens is not something on TV or on the Internet, and what went into every Russian home,” said the President of Ukraine.
The head of state noted that any decisions of the Russian leadership do not change anything for Ukraine.
“We should only be interested in our tasks. These are the liberation of our country, the protection of our people and the mobilization of world support for the implementation of our tasks,” Zelenskyy added.
