At the same time, army general Dmytro Bulgakov was dismissed from the post of deputy head of the Ministry of Defense.

Mizintsev, who is called the “Butcher of Mariupol”, was the head of the National Center for Defense Management of the Russian Federation, where all military operations of Russia around the world are planned and controlled.
