Today, as part of the “grain initiative”, four more ships with Ukrainian agricultural products left the ports of Odessa.

Since the beginning of the “grain initiative”, 4.9 million tons of agricultural products have been exported from Ukrainian ports. A total of 222 ships with agricultural products left – they went to the countries of Asia, Europe and Africa.
Ukraine is a major exporter of grain, so the blockade of ports delayed tens of millions of tons of grain in the country. The first ship with grain under the agreement left the port of Odessa on August 1. The first vessel for loading entered the Odesa port on August 6.
