President Volodymyr Zelenskyi dismissed Artyom Rybchenko from the position of Ambassador of Ukraine to Switzerland and Maksym Kononenko from the position of Ambassador of Ukraine to the Netherlands, and also appointed Andrii Yuras as Ambassador to Malta and Rhodes.

Artem Rybchenko was also the ambassador of Ukraine to the Principality of Liechtenstein.
“To dismiss Artem Serhiyovych Rybchenko from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Swiss Confederation, as well as from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Principality of Liechtenstein on a concurrent basis,” reads decree No. 670/2022.
Maksym Konenko was also dismissed from the post of permanent representative of Ukraine at the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
“Release Maksym Oleksiyovych Kononenko from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of the Netherlands and from the position of Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons on a concurrent basis,” reads decree No. 669/2022.
In addition, Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Andrii Yuras ambassador to Malta and Rhodes.
“To appoint the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Vatican Yuras Andriy Vasyliovych as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Sovereign Military Order of the Hospitallers of St. John of Jerusalem, Rhodes and Malta on a concurrent basis,” reads decree No. 671/2022.
