“Russia sees a lack of preventive measures in the world. Devastating consequences must be coming for Russia already. Only preventive actions can show that the world will not “swallow” anything and that the aggressor will have to pay a painful price for all this. He added that preventive measures will help to stop Russia’s aggression faster and save more lives. And it is possible to maintain peace for a long time only when the principle of prevention is laid as the basis of the post-war architecture of security guarantees.
“This is exactly our Ukrainian view of leadership, of security, of maintaining peace. This is what can and should work. This is what we are calling for. What we have laid as a basis for concrete project solutions. The free world is definitely stronger , than any aggressors and terrorists. The free world will definitely win this confrontation with Russia. We will be able to restore peace, I have no doubt. But the question of when that will happen depends on the question of how often we will act first “, the president said.
