Law enforcement officers helped two Ukrainian servicemen return home from the temporarily occupied territories in eastern Ukraine.

SBI officials, together with the Defence Ministry’s Intelligence Directorate, reportedly conducted a special operation and helped two Ukrainian servicemen return from the temporarily occupied to the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.
The operatives learned that two Ukrainian servicemen were in a temporarily occupied city in eastern Ukraine.
Both defenders were injured in the fighting in March 2022.
Law enforcement officers found a safe place for the military, organized to provide the military with everything necessary for treatment and life support until the soldiers recovered.
At the end of September, when Ukrainian servicemen were able to move independently, an operational combination was worked out for their evacuation: vehicles were purchased, the main and spare routes of movement and the corresponding legend were developed.
On September 25, the defenders crossed the line of contact through the checkpoint and returned safely to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
Currently, servicemen are undergoing rehabilitation.
In the future, the defenders plan to return to their units to continue military service. All events took place in close coordination with the Defence Intelligence.
