The death toll from Russian missile strikes on a humanitarian convoy in Zaporizhia has risen to 30. The number of wounded also increased — 88. This was announced by the head of the National Police of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko .

A 36-year-old employee of the local Strategic Investigations Department was killed, another 27 police officers of the Berdyansk district administration were injured, 4 of them in serious condition.
“The guys were in the service, ensuring law and order,” Klymenko said.
The head of the National Police said that together with Minister Denis Monastyrsky he visited the wounded police officers in the hospital.
“Thanked them for their service,” he said.
It is noted that about 80 specialists continue to work at the scene of the tragedy. Police investigators and forensic scientists help colleagues from the SBU to collect evidence. The police documentation is headed by the head of the department for organizing the investigation of crimes committed during military conflicts of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine.
