The enemy continues to focus on attempts to completely occupy the Donetsk region and maintain the temporarily occupied territories, as well as disrupt the active actions of the Defense Forces in certain areas. The enemy is shelling the positions of our troops along the line of contact, conducting air reconnaissance. It strikes civilian infrastructure and civilians’ homes, violating international humanitarian law, laws and customs of warfare.
The enemy inflicted 3 missile and 5 air strikes, carried out more than 15 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on military and civilian targets on the territory of Ukraine.
On the morning of September 30, the Russian occupiers committed another act of terrorism, launched a missile strike on a convoy of civilian vehicles that were moving through the territory of the Zaporizhia region for humanitarian purposes. The strikes were inflicted by S-300 missiles. According to preliminary information, at least 25 people died, much more were injured.
In addition, to destroy the civilian infrastructure of cities, the enemy continues to use Iranian-made Shahed-136 strike UAVs.
More than 25 settlements were damaged by enemy strikes. In particular, Kostiantynivka, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Gulyaipole, Seloddub, Bilohorivka, Novoandriivka, Blagodativka and Myrolyubivka.
In the Volyn and Polissya directions, the situation is without significant changes.
In other directions, the enemy continues to shell settlements with tanks and artillery of various types:
- in the Slobozhansky direction – in the areas of the settlements of Uda, Strelecha, Zelene, Neskuchne, Pristin and Kupyansk;
- in the Kramatorsk direction – in the areas of the settlements of Bilohorivka, Verkhnekamenskoye, Blue Lakes;
- in the Bakhmut direction – Soledar, Controversial, Bakhmut, Bakhmut, Zaitseve and New York;
- in the Avdiivka direction – Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Vodiane, Karlovka, Pervomaiske, Tonenke, Marinka and Novomykhailivka;
- in the Novopavlovsk direction – in the areas of the settlements of Novoukrainka, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Pavlivka, Vremivka, Neskuchne and Shevchenko.
In the Zaporozhye direction, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions. Fire damage was inflicted in the areas of the settlements of Zheleznodorozhne, Dorozhnyanka, Novopil, Temirovka, Belogorye, Gulyaipole, Mala Tokmachka and Kamenskoye.
In the South Bug direction, more than thirty settlements along the contact line were shelled by tanks, mortars and barreled artillery. Among them are Novogrigorivka, Partizanske, Kiselivka, Blagodativka, Kalynivka, Vysokopillya, Arkhangelsk, Osokorivka and Bila Krynytsya.

The occupation command is trying to implement measures of forced mobilization in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In Kherson, cases of detention of local men of draft age have become more frequent. After a superficial determination of suitability for military service, they are sent to manning units that are planned to be used in the area of hostilities. In Berdyansk, employees of some enterprises who remained to work in the occupied territory were forcibly mobilized. In addition, reinforced units of the Russian Guard arrived in the city in order to suppress the likely resistance of the local population.
Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repulsed enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Mayorsk, Zaitseve, Odradivka and Bakhmutske.
Aviation of the Defense Forces inflicted 9 strikes. The defeat of one stronghold, three areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, as well as five enemy anti-aircraft missile systems was confirmed. In addition, Ukrainian air defense units shot down one UAV.
Missile forces and artillery struck six command posts, thirteen areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, two ammunition depots, one anti-aircraft missile system and four means of enemy missile forces and artillery.
