LLC “Your betting company” (1xBet) decided through the court to appeal the revocation of licenses for work in Ukraine. This is stated on the website of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv .

Earlier, the Commission for regulation of gambling and lotteries banned bookmakers from working in Ukraine because of their Russian roots. However, on whose side Themis will become during this trial is not known for certain. According to lawyer Rostyslav Kravets, if the National Security and Defense Council imposed sanctions on the bookmaker, the chances of restoring the license would be extremely small.

If the National Security and Defense Council imposes sanctions against 1xBet, the chances of a possible renewal of the license will be extremely small,” Rostyslav Kravets explained.
At the same time, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine stated that it was the Commission for regulation of state games and lotteries that should initiate the introduction of sanctions against 1xBet.
However, they still have not found grounds for imposing them. Previously, the Commission did not find a Russian trace of the bookmaker, but after personal interference in the situation of the President of Ukraine and the Bureau of Economic Security, CRGL still canceled 1xBet licenses operating in Ukraine.
