In September, the overfulfillment of the plan for tax revenues to the state budget was exceeded by 19%. This was announced by the head of the tax committee of the Verkhovna Rada, PEOPLE’S DEPUTY Danylo Hetmantsev .
The MP released the data as of the evening of September 30.

“The September plan was fulfilled by 119% or plus UAH 8.6 billion and year to year 132% or plus UAH 12.8 billion. For 9 months, the peace plan was implemented by 102.2% or plus UAH 11.5 billion.
Year-to-year for the same period, revenues in 2022 exceeded revenues in 2021 by 18.5% or by UAH 83.1 billion,” the MP wrote in his Telegram channel.
He added that this is subject to the fact that VAT refunds were made in the amount of UAH 52.0 billion.
“Undoubtedly, we would like all registers for VAT refunds in the amount of UAH 5.1 billion to be fulfilled by the Treasury in full, but even in this case, the overfulfillment from year to year would be 17.3%,” the MP explained.
Hetmantsev also said that in terms of taxes we have an excess of VAT revenues for 9 months by 28.8% or by UAH 38.0 billion and year-on-year excess by 49.6% or by UAH 56.4 billion. The excise tax (produced) in September plan was exceeded by 18.4% or by UAH 1.1 billion. For rent payments, overfulfillment by 28.9% or by UAH 1.5 billion.
