Recall
On July 22, Ukraine, the UN, Turkey and Russia signed an agreement (Ukraine and Russia separately) on the safe passage of ships through Ukrainian ports (Odesa, Chornomorsk, Yuzhny), which were blocked after the Russian invasion on February 24.
Ukraine is a major grain exporter, so the blockade of ports has delayed tens of millions of tons of grain in the country. The first vessel with grain within the framework of the agreement left the port of Odessa on August 1. The first vessel for loading entered the port of Odessa region on August 6.
