“This is how the historical center of occupied Mariupol looks like now. Houses on Torgovaya Street have turned into solid ruins,” the message reads.
The city council noted that the Russian occupiers show “pictures” of the restoration of life in several districts, but hide what the rest of the city looks like.
“Mountains of garbage, buildings destroyed by them. No life and development. Complete contempt for Mariupol residents,” the message reads.
