“This is already the 22nd torture chamber, which we installed and inspected on the de-occupied territory of the Kharkiv region. In almost all major cities and towns where military units of the Russian army were based, such places of detention for civilians and prisoners of war were equipped. The most common method of torture is to connect wires and pass an electric current through the body, causing pain to a person, severely beating with sticks and other objects. There are incidents when nails were ripped off, a gas mask was used for strangulation and other facts of torture,” Bolvinov said.
