Bus or minibus drivers were banned from turning on music, movies, or other beeps while traveling. In the cabin you can voice information about the trip.
Sound transmission can be carried out only on individual headphones of passengers, and on the cabin – only during irregular transportation with the consent of all passengers.
Thus, taxis were also banned from playing music or other beeps without the consent of all passengers. You can broadcast music and other sounds through the individual headphones of passengers.

In February 2020, the text of draft law No. 3006 on the prohibition of acoustic violence appeared on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Verkhovna Rada registered draft law No. 7273-d on restricting the public use of Russian music. The ban will not apply to Russian singers who are on the list of musical performers who condemn the war against Ukraine.
