The Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region deoccupied more than 2,400 square kilometers. This was stated by Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko .

“As for our Kherson region, as of today, since the beginning of the war, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have de-occupied more than 2,400 square kilometers of Ukrainian land in the south. In the Kherson district, 6 settlements were de-occupied, 61 in Bereslavske, stabilization measures have already been taken in the same area in 19 settlements,” Tymoshenko said.

Deputy Head of the Main Operational Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksiy Gromov reported that since October 1, the Ukrainian military has taken control of 29 settlements in the Kherson region.
