President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, speaking to the participants of the Montenegrin Security Forum, called on all European states to dismantle all networks of Russian influence .

“All European states must dismantle any Russian networks of influence. So that there is no spread of disinformation, corruption and criminal policy. For the Balkans, this is no less important than for our part of Europe,” Zelenskyy stressed.
He added that today it is obvious that Russia threatens not one person, but everyone.
“Therefore, everyone must achieve full independence from Russia so that it cannot turn its dependencies into shackles: economic dependencies, energy, political – any,” Zelenskyy said.

In his speech at the forum, Volodymyr Zelenskyy named five forms and methods of protection that need to be implemented for the sake of security: unity, democracy, independence, weapons and responsibility.
