A large Swedish developer Bonava has signed an agreement to sell a business in Russia. They hope that the deal will be completed in the next six months.
Details
It is noted that the amount of the sale transaction will be 98 million euros. They want to close it within six months. Due to the dismissal from the Russian market, Bonava’s losses will be up to 27 million euros.

“The decision to leave Russia was made in light of the geopolitical situation. It was important for us to find a solution that takes into account the safety of our employees and partners, and this sale took these factors into account,” the press service quoted Bonava President and CEO Peter Wallin as saying.

Bonava is a Swedish developer. The company decided to stop working in Russia in March this year. Before Bonava 2021 sales, Russia accounted for 5% of the company’s total revenue during the year.
