This is cattle breeding: deputy member of the PACE delegation on the decision of the Red Cross to suspend work in Ukraine
Dmitry Natalukha
STRASBOURG-KYIV. October 10. UNN. Dmytro Natalukha, deputy member of the Permanent Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, said in a comment to UNN that the decision of the International Committee of the Red Cross to suspend its activities in Ukraine was a cattle.
Details
In particular, Natalukha explained that there are two “Red Crosses” in Ukraine. The first is the International Committee of the Red Cross, the so-called ICRC, which is an international organization with its central office in Geneva. The second is the Red Cross Society, which is a Ukrainian organization and conducts its activities on the territory of Ukraine.
“The suspension of its activities in Ukraine due to too threatening risky working conditions was announced by the ICRC, that is, the International Committee of the Red Cross. And this is not surprising, since they made this statement together with the Norwegian Refugee Council. She denied the statement about the suspension of its activities Ukrainian organization, that is, the Red Cross Society, which operates in Ukraine and continues to work,” Natalukha explained.
He noted that international partners in the face of the Red Cross, once again proved not to want to continue working in Ukraine because of the risk to their lives, and called such a decision of the organization a cattle breeding.

“I believe that the ICRC’s act is herding. Because an organization that was created to protect the victims of war, to ensure the rights of prisoners of war, to work in such risky conditions, and most importantly: which collects billions of euros from leading sponsors and donors in the form of nation-states – in 7 months in Ukraine, the finger did not hit the finger in order to somehow make life easier for the families of the victims, the families of prisoners of war. We do not understand the meaning of the existence of this organization, which continues to raise money around the world, hiding behind history in Ukraine.
They hold concerts where “Ukraine” is written in large letters. But then there is an asterisk and it is written in small letters that this money goes to alleviate the conditions of the victims of all conflicts by decision of the International Committee of the Red Cross. That is, they collect under the logo “Ukraine”, and distribute the money to God-knows-where. They will receive funds from national states and governments, no one knows where these funds are, in the end,” Natalukha stated.https://t.me/audiounn/33102?embed=1
