The United States condemns Russia’s strikes on Ukraine’s infrastructure and intends to hold Russia accountable for war crimes and atrocities committed in Ukraine. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy following a meeting with American representatives in Ukraine .

At the same time, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba announced the negotiations with his American counterpart Antony Blinken.
“In a conversation with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, we both agreed that Russia should not get away with its barbaric missile strikes. I raised a number of important issues, including strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities, new sanctions against Russia, holding Moscow accountable for terrorism,” he wrote on Twitter.
