Today, the leaders of the “Group of Seven” will gather for an emergency meeting due to massive rocket attacks on Ukraine by Russia .

According to Reuters, citing the White House, the meeting will take place online on October 11.
The leaders plan to discuss the G7’s commitments to support Ukraine and hold Russian President Vladimir Putin accountable, including for recent missile strikes on Ukraine, the White House said.
As it became known the day before, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will take part in the meeting.
In addition, the media reported that British Prime Minister Liz Trass at the G7 meeting wants to declare that an emergency summit of NATO member states will be convened in the near future.

The General Staff reported that the Russian occupiers carried out more than 84 missile and air strikes on peaceful cities of Ukraine during October 10.
The forces and means of the Air Force, as well as the air defense of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, destroyed 56 air targets: 43 cruise missiles and 13 drones.
