DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids has published updated schedules of rolling blackouts .

“Dear customers, we publish supplemented schedules of hourly power outages. In the current difficult situation, for your comfort, we have divided all addresses of the region into 2 stages and will limit the supply of light alternately,” the message says.
Details
1st stage – 6.00-10.00, 14.00-18.00 and 22.00-02.00
Stage 2 – 10.00-14.00, 18.00-22.00 and 02.00-06.00
As noted, the schedule will be applied only if the state-owned energy company NPC Ukrenergo needs to balance the energy system.
DTEK also urged residents to be economical and limit the consumption of electrical appliances from 07.00 to 11.00 and from 17.00 to 22.00.
