It is reported that the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office carries out procedural guidance in criminal proceedings initiated on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
In addition, it is noted that law enforcement officers are currently taking measures aimed at a quick, complete and impartial study of the circumstances of a criminal offense.
