As a result of shelling of the Kharkiv region last day, a civilian was killed. Another man was hospitalized with an injury, another was injured after running into a mine. This was announced by the chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov .

According to the regional Emergency Medical Center, cited by Sinegubov, as a result of enemy shelling, “a 66-year-old civilian was killed in the border community of the Kharkiv district, and a 74-year-old man was hospitalized with a wound in the Kupyansk district.”
In general, during the past day, the enemy shelled Kharkiv and the settlements of Kharkiv, Izyum, Kupyansk and Chuhuiv districts. Fighting continues on the contact line.
As a result of shelling in Vovchansk, a private house was damaged, a store building was not operated in Izyum, non-residential and economic buildings were also damaged, and fires occurred.
Pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service continue demining the territory of the region. During the day, 558 explosive objects were neutralized.
