“In the period from 17:00 to 23:00, we ask residents of the city to turn off all powerful electrical appliances: electric stoves, microwave ovens, washing machines, boilers, electric kettles, etc., as well as turn off all appliances that you do not use from the outlets,” the KCSA said in a statement.

They noted that as a result of the attacks of the Russian aggressor in the Kyiv region, the energy infrastructure facility was damaged, and “again there is a risk of a shortage of capacity in the national energy system.”
