“Active actions are underway in different parts of the front. A very difficult situation persists in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The most difficult thing is the Bakhmut direction, as in previous days,” Zelenskyy said.
The guarantor assured that the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the east are doing everything to make the occupiers feel: they have no prospects.
“No matter who they throw to fight against us, it will only end in defeat for them,” the President added.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a video conversation with the new President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mirjana Egger and stressed that on October 17, representatives of the Red Cross should arrive on the delimitation line in eastern Ukraine.
