Criminal proceedings have been opened over today’s attack by kamikaze drones of residential and civilian infrastructure in the center of Kyiv. This was reported in Telegram by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine .

According to the investigation, on October 17, 2022, Russian troops using kamikaze drones carried out strikes on residential and civilian infrastructure in the center of Kyiv. There are hits in a residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district. As a result of the attack, an explosion occurred in a residential building.
“According to preliminary information, a woman was killed, 18 residents of the house were saved. Currently, rescue work is ongoing. Information on victims and victims is being clarified,” the OGP said.
SES officers, doctors, prosecutors, investigators and experts are working at the scene.
