On October 18, the President’s Office reported serious damage after enemy “arrivals” to the energy infrastructure facility during the air raid in Dnipro.
Reznichenko reported that after the morning enemy missile strike, part of the Dnieper and two other settlements remained without power supply, and there were interruptions in water supply in the regional center.
