Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine have opened criminal proceedings over today’s rocket attacks on CHP in Kyiv.

“Investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine have launched a new criminal proceeding on the facts of the shelling of CHP in one of the residential areas of Kyiv,” the message says.
Details
The proceedings were opened under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Currently, investigators of the SBU Office in Kyiv and Kyiv region are working at the site of the attack, investigating all the circumstances and the chain of Russians involved.
Recall
Today, in the Desnianskyi district of Kyiv, two infrastructure facilities were damaged by an enemy missile strike, and residents were urged to save electricity.
