Vadym Stolar’s Charitable Foundation helps forcibly displaced persons in all regions of Ukraine. This was told in an interview with the Live TV channel by a volunteer of the Foundation Natalia Prykhodko.
“We have priority areas, but we try to help everyone. In the beginning, it was the Kyiv region, especially those villages that were under occupation and needed help. We collected food packages and medicines and sent them there. Now we are helping forcibly displaced persons in all regions. Many immigrants, for example, moved from Luhansk region to the Rivne region. People have lost their homes, their jobs, some have lost the meaning of life. I want to support them and their families. We travel both to Donetsk and Kharkiv regions, which are fired at several times a day by enemy missiles,” Natalia Prykhodko explained.
According to her, volunteers of the Vadym Stolar Foundation visit all regions of Ukraine and try to cover the needs of people.
“These are Sumy, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, and Zhytomyr. The geography of the foundation’s activities is extremely wide and responds to the requests that come to us from society,” the volunteer said.
She also recalled that since the beginning of the full-scale war, the foundation has responded to the challenges that existed in society and the state at that time.
“At first it was hot food, if you remember the end of February – the beginning of March – there was a great need for food, it was necessary to feed the military, pensioners and all people who needed help. We found cooks, went to buy goods, and so began active assistance to the population and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Over time, we began to understand the protection of bulletproof vests, what they are. We began to figure out which food packages are better to buy for the population. We have started to develop social projects that help Ukrainians,” added Natalia Prykhodko.
