Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak said that less than a month after the annexation of Kherson, as the self-proclaimed “administration” was evacuated from the city.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said that the Russians were trying to intimidate Kherson residents with fake mailings about “shelling” by the Ukrainian troops and were organizing a propaganda demonstration with the evacuation.
“A rather primitive tactic, given that the Armed Forces do not shell Ukrainian cities – this is done exclusively by Russian terrorists, in which planes even fall on residential buildings in Russia,” Yermak said.
