According to available information, up to 2000 people from among the Russian mobilized arrived in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region to replenish losses and strengthen units on the contact line.
At the same time, the occupation “authorities” issued an order to prepare evacuations for the so-called “banking institutions”, prepared evacuation lists of imported Russian health workers and teachers.
Humanitarian facilities in Kherson are suspended.
