Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the military administration of the city of Kryvyi Rih, said that working groups had been created in each district of Kryvyi Rih, which included representatives of law enforcement agencies. They will monitor the implementation of the rules of the energy saving regime .

Vilkul added that from 17.00 the streets of the city are patrolled by consolidated mobile teams with the participation of police officers.
“Violators of the rules will immediately be completely disconnected from the power supply. I emphasize that there will be no exceptions for anyone. Currently, these working groups are working and I can say that 17 business facilities have already been disconnected. From myself I can add that the attitude towards the owners of these facilities and their managers will be appropriate,” the head of the military administration stressed.

Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Halushchenko reported that a voluntary reduction in electricity consumption by 20% would critically help the Ukrainian energy system, which suffered as a result of enemy strikes. If they don’t voluntarily save enough, rolling blackouts are inevitable.
Thus, as a result of enemy strikes, almost 40% of Ukraine’s total infrastructure suffered serious damage.
