According to him, serious damage to power plants by Russian troops led to a shortage of electricity production. This has led to capacity limitations and rolling blackouts in a number of regions of Ukraine.
“We urge citizens to consume electricity economically and, if possible, not to use energy-intensive devices at the specified time,” Starukh added.
