In the Kyiv region, the air alarm coincided in time with the work of sappers – therefore, it was because of their planned work that explosions were heard, said the head of the Kyiv OVA Oleksiy Kuleba on Friday, October 21, in Telegram .

“The explosions that may have been heard in some communities of the region at the beginning of the alarm are the planned work of sappers,” Kuleba wrote.
At the same time, he stressed that the air alarm continues in the region, so he called for being in shelters.
