The head of the Department of Culture and Tourism Lyubov Romanyuk emphasized that Rivne region is the only region that was able to maintain a network of cultural institutions in the process of decentralization. According to her, the Rivne Regional State Administration is waiting for proposals from community leaders to introduce new staff units in each territorial community. In particular, the Department of Culture offers the creation of 3 positions – cultural manager, specialists in tourism and cultural heritage protection.
“The field of culture has 3,785 specialists, a third of whom are in rural areas. These are not only creative staff, but also good specialists with higher education who will be able to qualitatively implement the development of culture in the community. Therefore, we hope for the wisdom of the leaders of territorial communities who will support this industry, “said Lyubov Romanyuk.
