The main problem of Russia is the lack of high-quality mobilization potential. As a result, this has caused a “partial mobilization” in the country, people are sent to Ukraine without proper preparation and subsequently they die. This was told by the spokesman of the Eastern group of troops, Colonel Serhiy Cherevatyi during a briefing .

“We monitor the enemy’s social networks, the publics of their state authorities. It can be seen that in cities throughout Russia already arrives “gruz-200″ from the eastern front. It is significant that there are 10 days, as a person arrived, two weeks maximum, that is, a short period of time and the soldier of the occupier, not having much training, motivation, fights poorly, and, accordingly, falls under our fire and dies,” Cherevaty said.

The colonel said that for several months it was noticeable that the main problem of the invaders was the lack of high-quality mobilization potential. At first, he said, men from the so-called “LPR” and “DPR” were mobilized, special quotas were withdrawn, according to which some enterprises were not allowed to mobilize people, and then they reduced their health indicators and “took everyone in a row.”
Subsequently, the occupiers also tried to create “voluntary associations” in different regions of Russia, which were to be sent to war against Ukraine. However, due to the unmotivated citizens, the Russian leadership decided to announce mobilization in the country, Cherevaty said.
“Russia is always a hoax. They were promised that even those who were mobilized would undergo high-quality professional training, and only later they would be sent to Ukraine. This does not happen, a maximum of 10 days, and they are thrown to the front line, just plugging them in all the shortages… Therefore, this is a constant conveyor of death that will not stop until we stop it, or there will be some major social shift in Russia,” he concluded.
Recall
According to the General Staff, the losses of the Russian occupiers since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine have already reached about 68.9 thousand people.
