“We are aware of urgent needs, but unfortunately, Russia is a terrorist because it violates the conventions of even waging war. No humanitarian corridor for the delivery of medicines, for travel and assessment of the state of medical care for both civilians and the military, in all 8 months of the war, has never been officially provided. We tell all international partners: the World Health Organization, the Red Cross, doctors without borders to go and see what is happening there,” Lyashko said.

According to him, the civilian population in the temporarily occupied territories needs medicines. In particular, the Ministry of Health receives signals about such problems. Liashko emphasizes that Ukraine has medicines that citizens need there, but the occupiers do not allow to supply medicines to such regions.
“We are ready to deliver medicines to the occupied territories at the first signal about the opening of the humanitarian corridor. Unfortunately, terrorists do not allow us to take this chance, so there are problems,” he stated.
